RADICALLY-COMPASSIONATE, EVIDENCE-BASED THERAPY

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS is one of the fastest growing therapeutic modalities in the world - because it works. IFS is a beautifully compassionate and self-empowering approach, and can be a deeply spiritual (or for others, simply effective) experience of healing our wounds and the protective mechanisms that we have developed in order to keep our childhood pain at bay.

Sessions: $120 standard (60 min). Extended sessions (90 minutes) also available.

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)

POWERFUL, ROOT CAUSE THERAPY

A Rapid Transformational Therapy session is a chance to work directly with the subconscious mind, uncovering and releasing the underlying beliefs and emotions (generally from childhood) that are manifesting in your challenge today. An RTT session is a healing experience for your inner child, and overall, a deeply transformative experience.

Single session: $450AUD / Three-session package: $1,200AUD (for use within 3-12 months, dependent).

A 3-MONTH HEALING JOURNEY

Helping mothers heal

This program comprises weekly sessions, for mothers who are feeling that it’s time to heal their own wounds so that they can parent more from their true Self - with compassion, patience, love and openness - and to heal the pain and protective mechanisms that they suspect are lying behind their parenting struggles. Featuring somatic IFS, regular RTT sessions, and more (to suit client’s needs).

Monthly investment: Dependent on client’s needs, desired outcomes, and budget. Guide: $750AUD/month.
